1. Service Provision & Platform Availability
BALX provides infrastructure services from modern European datacenter facilities located in Frankfurt and Ljubljana. Services are provided in accordance with the specifications, resources and SLAs confirmed during ordering.
2. Privacy & Data Protection
The processing of customer data is governed by our Privacy Policy and cookie management controls available at Your Privacy Choices.
3. Billing & Renewals
Billing terms, prices and subscription periods are displayed in the configurator and order summary before confirmation. Terms can be managed through your client account.
4. Formal Corporate Registration
